Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth hacking, digital marketing, or go-to-market strategy, preferably in a startup environment. They will be responsible for developing company concepts, conducting user research, leading company-creation efforts, launching new products, driving early customer acquisition, shaping go-to-market strategies, and iterating on product-market fit. The candidate will work across multiple ventures in the studio, combining creativity with data-driven experimentation to pioneer growth strategies that deliver results. In this role, they will wear many hats and operate across research, product, marketing, and customer acquisition, helping our ventures get off the ground and scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Company Concepts: Create and develop innovative business ideas that meet the needs of the market and leverage emerging technologies.
  • Conduct User Research: Gather feedback directly from users, analyze market data, and identify opportunities for improvement to inform product development.
  • Launch New Products: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and distribution plans.
  • Drive Early Customer Acquisition: Utilize innovative strategies to drive initial adoption and build a loyal customer base.
  • Shape Go-To-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in growth hacking, digital marketing, or go-to-market strategy, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong understanding of customer acquisition channels, and ability to think creatively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
