Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Specialist to join our Finance & HR Systems team at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing corporate systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement system designs, adhering to IT development standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with vendors to provide timely and effective BAU system support, addressing security vulnerabilities.
  • Liaise with teams across IT divisions, business users, and external vendors to facilitate smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Perform quality reviews on technical designs, code changes, and deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of IT work experience in system development and support for both package and in-house developed systems.
  • Extensive hands-on development experience using Java, JavaScript, and Microsoft development framework & tools such as SQL Server and .NET programming.
  • Knowledge of RHEL and Microsoft Windows platform.
  • Proficiency in SDLC methodology and documentation.
  • Good understanding of cyber security and technology risks.
  • Strong business domain knowledge on corporate functions such as Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and HR would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS & Hyperion would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in cloud platform setup, implementation, & administration is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is HKD 550,000 - HKD 650,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. A competitive benefits package is also offered, including medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
