Job Description

  • Lead detailed analysis to guide decision-making processes and drive end-to-end solutions for clients.
  • Produce solutions to complex problems by leveraging deep industry knowledge and effective communication skills.
  • Mentor consultants to enhance their industry-specific knowledge and practical experience across insurance transformation.
  • Conduct market and trend analyses to identify strategic opportunities for growth and support business development initiatives.
  • Act as a thought leader to define business development and marketing activities.
  • Maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to address client needs and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Educated to bachelor's degree level from a reputable university, ideally holding an advanced degree (MA, MSc, or MBA).
  • At least 6+ years' experience in Project Management / Business Analysis in the life/non-life insurance domain, technology consulting, or industry roles with exposure to project work.
  • Project experience in core system implementation and/or enhancement, underwriting, claims, financial/technical accounting, or operational process improvements is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated project leadership and business analysis experience managing small teams or workstreams.
  • A detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies between business and technology in a client's organization.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and conceptualize solutions.
  • Impeccable communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience communicating with clients at various levels across an organization.
