About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Insurance Transformation Expert to join our team at Synpulse Schweiz AG. As a key member of our global management consulting practice, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate complex business challenges and drive strategic growth.

About You

  • You hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with an advanced degree (MA, MSc, or MBA) being an advantage.
  • You have at least 6+ years of experience in Project Management/Business Analysis, preferably in the life/non-life insurance domain, technology consulting, or industry roles with exposure to project work.
  • You possess project leadership and business analysis expertise, managing small teams or workstreams, and have a deep understanding of opportunities and dependencies between business and technology.
  • You are skilled in quantitative and qualitative analysis, with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, and experience communicating with clients across various levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead detailed analysis to guide decision-making processes for end-solutions supporting clients.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and ability to think independently.
  • Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase industry-specific knowledge and practical experiences.
  • Conduct market and trend analyses to support business growth identification.
  • Act as a thought leader, defining business development and marketing activities.
  • Maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to recommend innovative solutions.
