Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Youth Worker to join our team at The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our cloud-based IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver application system support services to end-users
* Coordinate with software development vendors, service contractors, and suppliers to maintain cloud-based IT infrastructure
* Provide support on Windows, Android, and iOS devices
* Ensure system and data security by conducting preventive security checks and maintenance
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step technical guidance
* Monitor and maintain system performance, including network, application, and database
* Develop and maintain technical documents for IT infrastructure

Requirements:

* High Diploma or above in Computing or a related field
* 2 years' experience in providing technical support for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices
* Familiarity with cloud platform infrastructure setting and configuration
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to communicate with software development vendors and project stakeholders in a professional manner
* Ability to provide step-by-step technical help by both written and verbal
* Ability to quickly acquire knowledge on service operation processes
* Self-motivated, positive thinking, and proactive person

Additional Requirements:

* Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Notes:

* Applicants with less academic background or working experience may be considered as "Youth Work Assistant (IT Support)"
* Candidates may be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) if job duties involve frequent contact with children
