Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to our end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and perform health checks on our systems and network.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Information Technology Director and provide technical support to end-users.
- Monitor and perform health checks on the system and network to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the installation and upgrade of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by the IT Director.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or a related field.
- Holder of Microsoft Certification is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Well-versed in Windows Server and client environment; knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory or VMware is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills.
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
