Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including mailroom services, document preparation, and data entry.
- Office Operations: Assist with office equipment maintenance, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Reception Duties: Greet customers, job applicants, vendors, and other visitors at the reception counter, and ensure they are escorted to the proper office.
- Clerical Tasks: Perform various clerical tasks, such as typing, computer inputting, and filing.
- Communication: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: F.6/7 or above.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clerical experience with office support service experience, including tea services and internal document delivery experience.
- Language: Proficient in Cantonese; English is preferred.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift duties.
