About the Role

Mizuho Bank, Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in the Administration Section. As a key member of our office operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including mailroom services, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office equipment maintenance, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Reception Duties: Greet customers, job applicants, vendors, and other visitors at the reception counter, and ensure they are escorted to the proper office.
  • Clerical Tasks: Perform various clerical tasks, such as typing, computer inputting, and filing.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: F.6/7 or above.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of clerical experience with office support service experience, including tea services and internal document delivery experience.
  • Language: Proficient in Cantonese; English is preferred.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift duties.
