About the Role

The Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for managing client accounts and projects, developing and implementing communications strategies, and working closely with the Account Servicing team to achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Assist the team with client account management, coordinate communication with clients, and support new business development.
  • Media Relations: Develop and implement media relations strategies, research and identify media opportunities, and coordinate press interviews and briefings.
  • Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content for clients, including press releases, media alerts, and social media posts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Servicing team to achieve client objectives, provide support and guidance as needed, and contribute to team development and growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on media activity, analyze campaign results, and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a PR, marketing, or digital communications environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
