Position Overview

Apollo Global Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant Relations Associate to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will support the APAC Head of Consultant Relations in developing and maintaining strong relationships with research and field consultants of global and local consultant firms advising institutional & insurance clients.

The Consultant Relations Associate will work closely with the APAC Head of Consultant Relations to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with research and field consultants of global and local consultant firms advising institutional & insurance clients.
  • Partner with members of our regional capital formation teams to commercialize new and existing strategy ratings.
  • Communicate consultant views, themes, and priorities to internal sales (CPS) and investment teams.
  • Assist with marketing and fund raising for Apollo's investment offerings (private credit, infrastructure, real estate, private equity).
  • Monitor and coordinate responses to day-to-day consultant inquiries, DDQ's, RFI's, and RFP's.
  • Support all planning and coordination of research, investment, and operational due diligence meetings.
  • Attend research meetings/calls and take clear and organized notes.
  • Represent Apollo in industry groups and events.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in consultant relations, fund raising, or sales role at an alternative asset management firm or investment bank.
  • Knowledge of private markets ideal (private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and/or private equity).
  • Self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent work ethic, detail oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator; personable, organized, and proactive with a positive attitude.
