Job Description

Third Bridge Connections is a platform that finds and connects industry specialists with our clients. As an Associate Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects for top-tier Private Equity Funds, Management Consulting firms, and other prominent clients.

Position Overview

  • You will be part of Third Bridge's Client Services Team, responsible for identifying and recruiting specialists to connect with our clients.
  • Your primary goal is to facilitate consultations between industry experts and our clients, which includes negotiating and persuading experts to connect with our clients at short notice.
  • You will use external tools to identify relevant individuals and make cold calls to persuade them to participate in consultations.
  • You will also arrange for interpreters, assist specialists in completing pre-consultation processes, and maintain accurate records of communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant industry experts using external tools and contact them via cold calls to explain the opportunity and persuade them to participate in consultations.

  • Maintain accurate records of communications using our intranet systems.

Qualifications:

  • Incoming Year 4/Final year students or recent graduates who can commit to a full-time internship.
  • Candidates should be able to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) for a minimum of 3 months starting from September 2nd to December 1st, 2024.
  • Work timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM HKT.
  • Non-local students must secure their No Objection Letter (NOL).
  • The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, organized, and able to work independently.
  • You will be responsible for building relationships with industry experts across different industries and seniority levels.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and adaptability in communication style are essential.
  • The role requires strong academic credentials or client-facing experience.

Estimated Salary: $15-$20 per hour (approximate, based on location and industry standards)
