About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Services Manager to join our team at Dah Sing Bank. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to satisfy customers' wealth management needs and soliciting wealth business through non-face-to-face channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by the bank.
  • Solicit wealth business by non-face-to-face channels, including FX related products, Equity Link Investments (ELI), Investment Fund (UT), Bonds, or other wealth management products as appropriate.
  • Work to understand customers' needs through proactive communication with customers, branch staff, product specialists, treasury, and/or marketing teams prior to completing transactions.
  • Support GBA (cross-border) business.
  • Process transactions by adhering to the Bank's operational procedures.
  • Conduct sales through strict compliance of investment sales process guidelines.
  • Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound calls on various marketing, sales, and service programs.

Requirements:

  • University degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of investment products or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
  • Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8.
  • Certified ECF qualification is preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferable.
