We are seeking a Commercial Operations Officer to join our team at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including:
- Handling all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently.
- Assisting in marketing and leasing activities of upcoming RDE facilities.
- Summarising, reviewing and analysing income performance.
- Providing leasing administration support to the team.
- Assisting the senior of the team in drafting briefs and preparing documents and materials for leasing and marketing purposes.
- Conducting market research and analysing market trends, compiling various reports as required.
You will work closely with the team to achieve our organisational goals and objectives.
Requirements- A recognised university degree in real estate, business management or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
- Prior exposure to the arts and cultural environment, visitor experience or tourism sector is an added advantage.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications in MS Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
