We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef of Noodle Section to join our team at Tsui Wah Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our noodle dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to our noodle section team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new noodle dishes and menu items that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all noodle dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with our high standards of food safety and quality.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor our noodle section team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for noodle dish preparation to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by our management team to support the smooth operation of our noodle section.
- Education: Form 3 or above.
- Experience: One-half to two years relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Well-versed in operations of restaurant Noodle Division, responsible, and with a strong team spirit.
