About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team at nextRoles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical sales support and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support to our sales team, including attending customer meetings, conducting solution presentations, and designing architecture for our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales- aligned solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and advancements in AI-Embedded technologies, compute infra, and cloud platforms.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sales proposals, solution presentations, and project documentation that meet customer requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in IT or a related field.
- At least two years of technical experience in compute infra or cloud platforms, with a solid skillset in SAN storage, backup/recovery, and DR solutions.
- Certification in SAN Storage, VMware, and HCI Solution is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a clear understanding of company objectives.
