Senior Sales Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Otis. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth through a combination of up-selling and cross-selling our existing customer base, while developing a robust new business customer prospect pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee sales initiatives to capture business opportunities
- Achieve customer retention and growth through a targeted sales and account management approach
- Focus on winning new equipment contracts
- Coordinate and support the activities of all business functions
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in any discipline
- 2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing or business development
- Aggressive, proactive, positive, and can-do attitude
- Customer focus, able to come up with solutions, and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Good planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Good knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working experience in lift trade company would be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior sales
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Sales Engineer
- Fresh graduates are welcome
