Job Title: Regional Customer Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Regional Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Hong Kong. As the face of Bupa Global, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and providing personalized support to our valued customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first contact resolution for customer queries, meeting and exceeding quality goals and productivity targets.
  • Deliver personalized service by tailoring every customer interaction to meet their needs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to take ownership and make effective decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills to achieve results and successful outcomes.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset, willingness to learn and understand medical conditions to support our customers.
  • Good numeracy skills to answer claim or payment related queries accurately.
  • PC literate and keyboard skills essential with the ability to adapt and learn new operational systems.
  • Work on weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis, with shift work remunerated with shift allowance.

Requirements:

  • HKIA license (Pass in IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 2).
  • Obtain and maintain HKIA license.
