Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Community Relations Manager in various duties, including daily operations, policy implementation, and community engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations of the Community Relations Department;
  • Implement and monitor policies and procedures;
  • Prepare statistics and assist in carrying out reviews as required;
  • Plan and execute community engagement activities;
  • Manage social media accounts related to campaigns;
  • Develop community relations opportunities and liaise with partners or clients;

Qualifications

  • A university degree in Business Administration/ Sports & Recreation Management/ Marketing/ Communication or a relevant discipline;
  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in online marketing/ PR agencies;
  • Hands-on experience in event management and social media management is essential;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua is a definite advantage;
