**Job Overview**

At Oliver James Associates, we are seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead our change management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust change strategies that drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Foster a culture of change excellence across the organization by collaborating with the Head of Transformation.
  • Develop and refine change management processes and tools to support large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Plan and execute change management activities aligned with enterprise-wide transformation objectives.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, assess their readiness for change, and secure their buy-in.
  • Conduct impact analyses and evaluate the actual outcomes of changes.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and processes to address potential challenges.
  • Create comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Assess training requirements and create training programs to help stakeholders adapt to new systems, tools, or processes.
  • Integrate change management activities into existing project plans.
  • Define and track success metrics for change management efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • At least 8 years of experience in a change management role, particularly within large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Currently working at a Big 4 consulting firm or other Tier 1 consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in process analysis, metrics, and performance measurement.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational environments and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
