Requirements
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years' progressive experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or related fields, with proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within the leasing or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital transformation projects across multiple departments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations for leasing operations.
- Deep understanding of leasing operations, processes, and industry best practices desirable.
