Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director/Senior Manager, Activation to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing activation team, you will be responsible for developing strategies and executing digital marketing campaigns to meet our clients' business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth
  • Analyze account performance and provide proactive improvement strategies
  • Develop client and product knowledge to deliver insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with our APAC/EU teams and the account team at the HK office to ensure quality service
  • Lead multichannel strategy, planning, and implementation
  • Manage client budgets and contribute to business development
  • Delegate and organize priorities as a Team Lead
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing activation experience, preferably in a digital agency, with at least 2 years in people-management role
  • Strong understanding of digital channels dynamics and brand/performance marketing experience
  • Digital media planning/strategy experience, including PPC, Display, and Social, particularly in e-commerce business
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and ability to connect insights with media activation
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on knowledge in Google's Product Suite (Google Ads - Search, Display & Video, CM360, SA360, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to articulate yourself concisely
  • Highly developed analytical/numeracy skills to develop solutions on meaningful data
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of SQL and offline media planning/buying is a plus
