**Job Summary**

As a Senior Associate Director, Landscape Architecture at Benoy, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple large-scale projects, ensuring their successful delivery and meeting high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Hold accountability for the successful delivery of multiple projects, maintaining involvement throughout the entire project process.
  • Act as an established expert, or demonstrate increasing specialization in a particular design and/or technical area.
  • Proactively manage existing client relationships, ensuring opportunities for repeat work are maximized.
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for clients, making significant contributions during client meetings and presentations.

**Leadership and Team Management**

  • Role model Benoy's values and foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and best practice sharing.
  • Work with HR business partners to build and foster strong teams, leading, guiding, and providing training to juniors to support their professional and creative development.
  • Initiate studio or group activities, lead brainstorming sessions, and manage conflicts effectively.

**Client Relationships and Business Development**

  • Work with PR, MarComms, and BD teams to develop new business, enhancing internal and external communication.
  • Lead the preparation of fee bids and undertake fee proposals and fee negotiations for projects.

**Budget Control and Financial Management**

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of cost control, fee charging, and project finance, ensuring project fees are maximized without threatening client relationships and repeat work.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience of successfully leading and managing teams across multiple large-scale projects.
  • Proactive approach to client management, with a proven track record of engaging potential clients and partners, and winning new work.
  • Commercially astute, demonstrated through effective decision-making, project resourcing, and winning of profitable work.
  • Strong organizational and people management skills, encouraging collaboration and innovation within teams to maximize performance.
  • Proficiency with computer applications commonly used within the individual's discipline.
  • Degree in a related design field or equivalent certification or skill level.
  • CMLI or Professional registration equivalent preferred.
