**Job Summary**
The University of Hong Kong is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Tenure-Track Associate/Assistant Professor in Architectural Structures and Building Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in the area of fundamental structural behavior and principles, as well as the basis of structural design, analysis, and planning of the broad spectrum of structures relevant to architects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct research and publish papers in top-tier journals and conferences
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in architectural structures and building technology
- Develop and maintain a strong research program in architectural structures and building technology
- Supervise graduate students and provide guidance on research projects
- Participate in departmental and university service activities
**Requirements**
- Master of Architecture or Master of Science (or equivalent international degrees)
- Ph.D. degree in the fields of architecture or engineering (or equivalent international degrees), or evidence of current enrolment in a Ph.D. or equivalent international degree-granting programs
- Demonstrated track record in academic research and relevant professional experience
- Full membership in professional institutions of architecture or engineering
