About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Data department. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data analysts to drive innovation and improve data processing efforts
  • Collaborate with Sales to build market presence and develop our brand as a competitive provider of Fund Holdings data
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and accuracy
  • Partner with other data and core business groups to improve fit-for-purpose data that powers our products
  • Mentor and develop individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of direct or indirect leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in data management principles and technologies
  • 3-6 years of demonstrated work experience in the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Technical experience to lead a team of data analysts and ensure high standards in production deliveries
  • Passion for relationship building and strong communication skills
