Job Summary:

FortisHill Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure professional to lead our team in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure solutions that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Network and Server Management: Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and related hardware to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement best practices and security protocols to ensure data security and integrity, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, providing timely support to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT team members to support software applications and updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures, and ensure ongoing maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and IT security, with proficiency in virtualization technologies and cloud services.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
