Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Technical Services Manager (Infrastructure) at a leading bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical professionals and oversee the maintenance and renewal of IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps to align with the bank's business strategy.
- Provide domain services, including middleware, microservices, monitoring, and remote access, to ensure system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in IT department budget planning and monitoring.
- Streamline operation procedures in line with IT department policies, standards, and guidelines.
Requirements
- University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in the IT sector, with 3 years in a team lead or management role, preferably with banking experience.
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure services, including IBM ICP, IBM WAS, JBoss Web Server, and Oracle WebLogic, as well as system monitoring tools and remote access.
- Cloud knowledge, such as AWS, is an advantage.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent is preferable.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being preferable.
