Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Product Director and lead the product development strategy to align with the company's direction and goals.
- Review and define the next iteration of our products and solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Liaise closely with designers, developers, and external vendors to clarify specifications and ensure prototype versions meet expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to gather requirements and standards, driving collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Provide data analysis reports to management to inform decisions and improve usability, popularity, and performance.
- Conduct regular product reviews for the APAC region, ensuring our products meet the needs of this critical market.
- Align new product versions with the company's overall direction and other group products, ensuring a cohesive and integrated product portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in digital or software projects, with 3+ years in a project management role.
- Familiarity with common product lifecycle processes, preferably in digital, entertainment, or mobile payment areas.
- Previous experience working with remote development teams and flexibility with business travel.
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies, such as AGILE, SCRUM, or PMP.
- Solid knowledge of UX and UI design principles.
- Interest in digital products, such as Apps, Games, Music, Video, and Animation.
- Strong business acumen and excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
