About the Role:

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled Project Supervisor to join our Digital Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing new digital projects from proposal to launch, ensuring seamless execution and delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and dashboards to track project progress.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in a digital operations or IT project management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
