Accountabilities

Job Highlights

  • Leading enterprise-scale digital projects to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies to enhance customer experience
  • Fostering a collaborative team culture to achieve business objectives

Responsibilities:

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Providing end-to-end project management for both small and large-scale projects
  • Identifying and allocating project resources, including internal team members and external vendors
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards
  • Conducting thorough testing and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project success
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in project management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with web development, system integration, digital marketing, and design principles is desirable
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) are a plus
