Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Supervisor to assist our Digital Operation team to handle new digital projects from proposal to launch of the projects. This position will be reporting to the DMS Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track project progress
  • Process improvement to control costs throughout the project lifecycle
  • Responsible for overall project management duties, including site visits, tendering, quotations, preparation of project schedule, and quality control
  • Manage and coordinate with clients before the project goes live
  • Documentation and reporting to the client
  • Problem-solving skills to address project-related issues
  • Workflow design and documentation to ensure efficient project execution
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science or industrial engineering preferred
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and responsibility
  • Client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful, and good communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in project management
  • Sound PC knowledge, especially with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and logical mindset
