This role aims to coordinate and execute various administrative and operational activities related to functional teams and corresponding business initiatives in HKT's IT department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for designated functional teams on regular reporting, correspondence document circulation, and other office supports to the teams.
  • Support daily team operations and initiatives, such as:
    • Draft operational workflows and ensure smooth execution.
    • Setup and manage dashboards/portals for tracking of various business requests, approvals, and records.
    • Setup and manage rosters for cross-border staff business travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate/project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
    • Execute, monitor, and report operational efficiency and results.
  • Assist in preparing project documents and presentation materials.
  • Manage internal knowledge databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage approval requests and system access rights administration.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and assignments.
  • Support administrations and operations in both Hong Kong and nearshore locations; may require travel to the Greater Bay Area on a needed basis.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holder with at least 5 years of working experience.
  • Attention to detail and strategic thinking; able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good sense of priority, urgency, importance, and relevant escalation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with other HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) – written & spoken.
