Job Title: Senior Manager – Global Transformation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Global Transformation to lead our organization's digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing organizational transformation initiatives, with a strong background in implementing ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement transformation strategies that align with Meiyume's goals and priorities.
  • Lead and manage the transformation process, including change management, risk management, and communication.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on transformation initiatives.
  • Establish and track metrics for measuring the success of the transformation process.
  • Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges to the transformation process and provide guidance and support to teams as needed.
  • Manage and coach a team of transformation specialists, ensuring their development and growth.
  • Prioritize areas for biggest return on investment with process re-engineering globally.
  • Define where automation, artificial intelligence, and smart interfacing is used within Meiyume.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
  • Clearly define and implement the technology architecture, including ERP, WMS, HRMS, big data, analytics, microservices, interfacing, and APIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Substantial experience implementing ERP solutions.
  • Creative and willing to drive change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Well-organized, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on driving results through others.
  • Familiar with managing external vendors and able to communicate with users across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, processes, and strategy.
  • Able to adopt a flexible working hour arrangement to work with team members located in different time zones.
  • Interested in and able to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Putonghua/Mandarin, French, Thai, or Indonesian Bahasa speaking and writing ability is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates a strong awareness of the uses of IT within the industry sector and specifically within competitive or associated organizations operating in the same market.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, automation, and APIs highly regarded.
  • Certified PM (PMP) and/or Agile Scrum Master certifications highly regarded.
  • Previous experience implementing WMS and other system modules highly regarded.
  • Track record in Project Management tracking tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent.
  • ISO27001 experience highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Gartner's run, grow, and transform model.
  • Experienced in manufacturing or B2B industry is an absolute advantage.

Economic Dimensions:

  • Create 3-year financial plan for the One ERP project and all 'transform' opex and capex costs.
  • Forecast quarterly upcoming spend for the One ERP project and all 'transform' vendors and internal costs.
  • Categorize costs for One ERP project against Gartner's run, grow, and transform model.
  • Forecast people spend across employees and consultants during the life of the One ERP project and other 'transform' projects.

Country/Cluster Specific Information:

This position is responsible for ensuring the rollout of the One ERP project to various Meiyume's businesses globally across eight locations, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and China.

Full responsibility for ensuring the highest possible satisfaction of business team members at Meiyume locations globally through effective design, implementation, and support. Any interruption or outage of any component of this ERP project could cause an immediate discontinuance in the ability for:

• Manufacturing sites to manufacture products.

• Warehouses/distribution centers to ship products and receive raw materials.

• Offices to communicate using tools such as productivity tools and critical ERP systems.

In short, Meiyume's business could come to an immediate halt if the responsibilities of this position are not executed to an extremely high level of standard. The cost impact of such an outage would far exceed the annual budget for which the position maintains responsibility.
