Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at JC Executive Search.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing payroll operations, including implementing and maintaining C&B programs and initiatives.
They will oversee monthly pay processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of payroll, including salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated activities.
A strong understanding of employment contracts and agreements, as well as relevant legislation and policies, is essential for this role.
