The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll lifecycle, including salary calculations, final payments, taxation, pension contribution, leave management, and benefits administration.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can prepare monthly reports in a timely manner and analyze the data to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll operations, including processing salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll data, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee personal data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a sizeable company or banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Familiarity with HR systems and software, such as Peoplesoft, is an advantage.
