  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of payroll operations, including employee data management, payment processing, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, such as journal entries and account reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage financial accounting for recreation clubhouses, including income statement and balance sheet preparation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as HR and management, to resolve payroll-related issues and provide guidance on company policies.
  • Assist in HRMS system enhancements and user acceptance testing to improve payroll processes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll office, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Payroll System and Oracle Financial System, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of Inland Revenue Ordinance, Employment Ordinance, and other relevant statutory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work independently and under tight timelines.
