Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insightful analysis to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage manufacturing cost accounting for factories in China and Vietnam, ensuring accurate cost allocation and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with factory teams to enhance cost structures and drive profitability.
  • Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to effectively communicate financial expectations.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including expansion, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance team.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure adherence to PRC and HK accounting standards and taxation regulations.
  • Implement strong financial controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • CPA or equivalent, with a degree/master's in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, including 5 years in senior management.
  • Expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, especially in factory operations in China and Vietnam.
  • Strong knowledge of PRC and HK accounting standards and taxation regulations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of challenging traditional approaches.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to China and Vietnam.
