Job Description

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities within the Mass Transit Railway Corporation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll, including supervision of termination payroll activities, employer tax returns, MPF and ORSO scheme contributions, and related reporting requirements.

In addition, this role entails preparing month-end closing specific to payroll, which involves monthly journal posting and accounts reconciliations. Furthermore, the incumbent will manage financial accounting for recreation clubhouses of the Corporation, including preparation of monthly income statements and balance sheet statements.

This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Effective communication and stakeholder management are also essential to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on payroll-related matters and inquiries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
