As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and supporting the daily operations of Systems / Networks / Backups / End User, including Hardware / Software support and training
  • Providing Internal User support and training
  • Offering Azure AD / Hybrid Cloud AD / O365 & AWS support
  • Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for Network, System Security, and Physical/Remote System access controls
  • Delivering Network and Remote Connectivity Hardware / Software support
  • Managing Security Solutions including Firewalls, End Point Solutions, Web Application Firewalls, and Intrusion Prevention Systems
  • Scheduling and monitoring tasks on Networks / Servers
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting Network / System / End User issues
  • Assisting in coordinating projects related to Network wiring plans, Hardware and Software purchases, installation, backup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with vendors and clients for Solution selection and support

We seek a Cloud Solutions Consultant with:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT administration and support
  • Experience in administering and maintaining Windows / Linux servers / Routers / Switches / Firewalls
  • In-depth technical knowledge of various network elements, servers, and platform operating systems, including Red Hat / CentOS / Ubuntu / K8S / Cisco and Dell products / HCI Solutions / firewalls / VPNs / WAFs / Load Balancers / IPS, etc.
  • Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting and network/system monitoring tools
  • Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including IP Telephony, BGP, VPN, etc.
  • Familiarity with storage technologies such as SAN / NAS / Openstorage
  • Experience with VMware and Hyper-V, as well as backup software like Veeam
  • Preferred holder of MCSE/MCITP, CCNA certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Strong written, presentation, and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain issues/resolution concepts in both technical and non-technical terms
  • Willingness to work outside of regular hours as needed
  • Openness to travel for work assignments as required
