Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations to ensure quality services are delivered to customers according to SLA agreements and Department Operation Manual.
- Perform trade checking, life cycle events monitoring, and settlement-related activities.
- Assist in prioritizing processing jobs to achieve optimal operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate delivery of periodical reports to management and services partners.
- Assist in training staff and understanding bank policies on information protection, security control, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- University graduate.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in banking operations related to structured investment products, notes, and bonds.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of Private and Consumer banking practices and procedures.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good sense of risk awareness.
