Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
  • Design and deliver performance reports, analyses, and presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain business forecasts and analytical models to support strategic planning
  • Lead internal business, market, and competitor analytics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement analytic frameworks to support agency strategic projects
  • Act as a liaison with internal departments and Group Office to collect data, performance results, and analytics
  • Coach and develop junior teammates in problem-solving skills and analytical mindset

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in strategic performance or analytic roles
  • Ability to apply structured problem-solving and conduct quantitative analysis to support data-driven management
  • Strong self-drive and ownership, with a can-do mindset and comfort with stepping out of comfort zones to solve problems
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
  • Insurance and/or financial services industry exposure highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong English written and verbal communications
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Quantitative, Finance, or a related field
