Room Assignment Specialist

The Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is looking for a highly skilled Guest Services Officer to join our Front Office team. As a key member of the Rooms Division, this role requires an individual who can deliver exceptional service to our discerning guests.
Main Duties- Deliver quality check-in and check-out experiences for guests.
- Conduct thorough room orientations to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Perform regular lobby patrols to maintain a high level of guest service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide prompt and efficient service to guests.
- Verify accuracy of guest information for the hotel group's records.
- Arrange room assignments based on guest preferences.
- Support Supervisors in their day-to-day activities.
- A minimum of relevant working experience in hotel/guest services.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Display a dynamic and energetic attitude.
