Room Accommodation Assistant Manager

Job Details
We are looking for a skilled Room Attendant to join our team at Make My Dream Immigration. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms, while providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure all guest rooms are clean and tidy, including dusting and polishing furniture, restocking beverages and food items, and replenishing bath care products
Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to their queries, addressing any concerns and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner
Report any technical issues or maintenance needs to ensure seamless operations and maintain a safe working environment
Perform tasks such as changing bed linen, making beds, replacing used towels, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Clean public areas, including corridors, to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel
Assist guests with retrieving lost items and ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, along with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. We value candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
