Job Description:

The Receptionist (International law firm) will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a professional demeanor.

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Arrange lunch and catering for meetings and events, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Manage the office floor plan, coordinating workspace assignments to optimize productivity.
  • Set up meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place, promoting efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and manage office supplies, showcasing attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, guaranteeing seamless communication.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation, supporting the office team.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a law firm, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are vital for maintaining a smooth operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required for efficient task completion.
