Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Support Analyst at IO Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our Wealth Management and Brokerage business in Hong Kong and Singapore offices.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Ensuring the quality and smooth operation of software systems
  • Supporting System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test
  • Preparing technical documentation
  • Business analysis and project management
  • Collecting user requirements, performing analysis, and proposing solutions
  • Liaising with vendors and in-house development teams to implement IT solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Brokerage or banking
  • Experience with Wealth Management technologies is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with support of trading and settlement systems for securities, futures, and options, bonds, mutual funds, and structured products
  • Hands-on experience with Internet trading and Mobile trading system support
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of SAS is an advantage
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good analytical and presentation skills, with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
