The Chinese University of Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled Functional Manager to join the Office of DBA Programmes in the Faculty of Business Administration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract senior executives and business leaders to the DBA Programmes.
- Liaise with service providers, potential applicants, corporations, business associations, and alumni to enhance programme development and student-alumni network.
- Provide academic advice and support to students, and enhance their inside and outside classroom experiences.
- Lead and guide support staff to ensure programme success, and oversee financial and human resources matters.
- Undertake other duties as required.
Requirements
- A Master's or higher degree, preferably in a business discipline.
- A minimum of ten years' post-degree work experience in marketing, admissions, student recruitment, and/or management of highly selective programmes in tertiary education.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, logistical, and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated team building, management, and organisation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese.
