About the Role

As a Client Servicing Officer at The Bank of East Asia, Limited (BEA), you will be an integral part of our Private Banking Department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service that meets the highest standards set by regulators and the bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure seamless account opening and maintenance processes.
  • Prepare and review credit proposals, amendments, and reviews to support clients' financial goals.
  • Assist clients in placing orders for securities investments and other banking products.
  • Monitor and manage remittance, loans, deposits, and securities investment transactions.
Requirements
  • You must be a university graduate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in banking and customer service.
  • Prior experience in private banking is highly desirable.
  • A passed Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • A relevant HKIB qualification would be advantageous.
  • You should possess good knowledge of banking procedures, credit, and investment products.
  • A team player with strong presentation and communication skills is essential.
  • You must have a good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
