Job Title: Part-time Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-time Project Coordinator to join our team at The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. The successful candidate will assist in the planning and execution of communication training programs, provide support in marketing and publicity matters, and act as a liaison for the Communication team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of existing communication training programs, including drama, debate, public speaking, business, and workplace communication.
  • Provide support in marketing and publicity matters, including designing promotional materials and social media promotions.
  • Act as a liaison on behalf of the Communication team, including cold calling, liaison with trainers and partners, and outreach to university departments.
  • Provide support to data management, including applicants, parents, teachers, and trainers data updates.
  • Handle routine administrative works of the program and other duties as requested by the supervisor.
  • Research and prepare evaluation reports.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about working with youth.
  • Experience in digital marketing, organizing large-scale events, or educational trainings is a plus.
  • Be tech-savvy.
  • Possess entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Detailed-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovative and eager-to-try mindset is essential.

Additional Requirements:

  • The staff of the Institute must comply with the government's anti-epidemic requirements accordingly, a minimum of three doses of the vaccination must be completed unless with medical proof.
  • Mainly working in Fanling, subject to arrangement.
  • Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to commit at least 2-3 working days a week.
