- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base, primarily focusing on emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends, especially in ASEAN and the Middle East.
- Stay updated on the latest sensor technologies and applications to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D, production, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
