Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Clerk, Air Operations. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely booking arrangements, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute shipments as per SOP requirements
  • Monitor customer KPIs and provide regular updates
  • Assist with special duties and ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
  • F.5 or above, Diploma in Logistics Studies preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in freight forwarding industry
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and local languages required
  • Knowledge of Excel software a must
