- Collaborate with HQ to create localized clienteling initiatives.
- Execute and optimize client engagement programs for improved results.
Client Insight and Performance Management:
- Analyze client behavior to identify key moments in the customer lifecycle.
- Transform business objectives into actionable client programs.
- Monitor and track clienteling KPIs for continuous improvement.
In-Store Clienteling Event Management:
- Plan and execute in-store clienteling events, including guest management and animation.
- Manage relevant event budget and ROI.
Training and Support:
- Facilitate clienteling program implementation and training at the store level.
- Provide regular clienteling performance updates and support.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of client engagement experience in the luxury industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytical software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin languages.
