Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop clear digital roadmaps and target scenarios to drive automation process development in Personal Banking.
  • Establish methodologies, processes, and standards for the digital business in Personal Banking, and facilitate end-to-end implementation of User Acceptance Test from planning to execution.
  • Conduct and implement roadmaps of Robotic Process Automation, Design Thinking, agile inception, and retrospectives sessions across different business units.
  • Lead multiple business agile teams and provide on-the-job guidance and training to Business Project Managers or Product Owners.
  • Build business analytics and customer and employee experience management frameworks for the digital business, and drive continuous business optimization based on data and experience.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in banks, large technology companies, and consultant companies.
  • Solid experience in digital business strategy planning and roadmap development, maturity measurement, and diagnosis.
  • Strong understanding of advanced digital working methodologies, including agile, lean, value stream mapping, and design thinking.
  • Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master, Six Sigma professional, Blue Prism Developer certification, UAT automation tools qualification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of HK$850,000 - HK$1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and generous annual leave.
